GENERAL PRODUCTION SEQUENCE OF TEXTILES

The Textile industry is very complex. The word textiles can mean a wide range of materials and their production sequence can very significantly. But, The general production sequence of textiles can be outlined in the four following steps:
i)               Fiber, which is either spun or twisted into yarn or else directory compressed into fabric
ii)              Yarn, Which is woven, knitted or otherwise made into fabric.
iii)            Fabric, which by various finishing process is made attractive and serviceable
iv)            Finished fabric, which is turned into apparel and become finished consumers goods.<Next Tutorial>
